Salesforce B2B/D2C Commerce Cloud Services

As an offshore Salesforce Commerce Cloud partner, SFCC is our favourite, our specialty. We have a unique Modular Commerce implementation service offering which you can find here.

Our moduled approach however doesn’t cover every use case, customization, and integration possible under the Commerce Cloud umbrella – here we mean specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce and Salesforce D2C Commerce as they are both native, share the same ‘Commerce app’ and a set of common objects. They are very different in implementation and business logic but similar in technology. 

We do not work with Salesforce B2C which is formerly Demandware as it is a different tech stack we are not proficient with. 

So we deliver Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud services and Salesforce D2C Сommerce while trying to maintain our ‘no bullshit’ philosophy – in SFCC context it means two things: 

We try to use as much out-of-the-box Commerce Cloud functionality as possible. Anyone can do custom work, not everyone knows the platform well enough to utilize its innate power to the fullest.

At the end of the day, it’s all about the business outcomes – so we make it our priority that you know exactly what you get with our solutions.

Commerce Cloud Customization

We can customize your Commerce Cloud instance according to any specific business needs, help you manage products, inventory, catalogs, and pricing models better, develop an engaging and user-friendly storefront or a stylish one-page checkout with an integrated Payment Gateway solution.

We can configure product promotions including automatic discounts, tier pricing, coupons, set up Salesforce Commerce cloud CMS, configure Einstein web chat for enhanced customer service.

Salesforce Commerce Integration

A full-scale eCommerce business often requires many integrations with third-party service providers and systems – it’s virtually impossible to list all the integrations that can be done, but just know that we can connect your business with almost any third-party system it needs.

Examples of the more popular Commerce Cloud integrations would be Payment Gateways, Shipping and Tax solutions, EPRs, CRMs, and so on.  

Salesforce’s proprietary AIEinstein for Commerce

Salesforce relies heavily on AI – it’s embedded into their whole platform. Specifically, what is of interest to us in the Salesforce Commerce AI context are Einstein Product recommendations and Einstein Webchat but there are a lot of AI features in the Salesforce Commerce space and Salesforce keeps adding new features and improving the existing ones consistently. 

We can help you set up those AI features for your eCommerce operations: we already have an Einstein Product Recommendations module; we can also tailor and customize the whole suite of Salesforce’s AI offering to your business from scratch.

Salesforce Commerce Order Management

Order Management System is the backbone of your eCommerce operations. 

Salesforce Commerce Cloud OMS is integrated with both D2C Commerce and B2B Commerce and it natively supports Service Cloud.

We can help with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Order Management setup, customize Order Management Flows, configure Einstein AI for OMS (Return Insights), configure and develop Payments and Invoices. We can also Integrate OMS with Service Cloud – OMS natively supports Service Cloud but requires configuration so the agents can access service cases and order data. 

Payment Integration

Payment integration is the cornerstone of a good Commerce Cloud implementation. We can help you with any payment gateway integration, including the more popular ones like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, Amazon Pay, Chargent, CyberSource, Authorize.net.
